1. Collaborate with the RTW coordinator by tracking the worker’s progress through each step of the RTW process (St-Arnaud et al., 2011).
  2. Develop ways to support the integration of medico-administrative absence management support practices (St-Arnaud et al., 2011).
  3. Intervene at various levels throughout the process, including the implementation of work accommodations and support or prevention measures (St-Arnaud & Pelletier, 2013).
