Funding and conflicts of interest

Conflicts of interest
This content was developed in collaboration with REPAR and the IRSST, which invested funds, as detailed above, but also resources in the case of the IRSST (Appendix E). Six external researchers and more than 12 social partners (Appendix E) collaborated closely in the development of the content (Appendix D).
With the exception of the research assistants who received remuneration from the research funds, the members of all committees who participated in the development of the content were not compensated, nor were their institutions compensated for this contribution. Travel, accommodation, and meals, including for general meetings and monitoring committee consultations, were covered by the project. Members of the Scientific Committee, which was decision-making, were required to declare any potential conflict of interest.
The IRSST is committed to making a positive difference for RTW stakeholders with integrity, accountability and transparency. To achieve our goal, we sought to identify and manage conflicts of interest that could arise between personal interests and professional obligations for each team member. As such, any relationships or conflicts of interest were declared and resolved, and all potential or actual situations identified were treated confidentially.
